Marvin D. Bryniarski, a resident of Randall, passed away Dec. 28, 2011, at the Harmony House in Pierz. A Funeral Mass was held Saturday, Dec. 31, at the St. James Catholic Church in Randall. Burial was in the St. James Cemetery.
Marvin was born July 31, 1935, in Cushing, to Frank and Mary (Gafke) Bryniarski. On Feb. 21, 1955, he married Grace Kasper, at the Sacred Heart Church in Staples. He worked various jobs, until 1962, when he bought a farm just west of Randall. Marvin and Grace raised their six children on the farm. Marvin made many friends and was loved by all that knew him. He had a great love of farming, enjoyed old time and country music, dancing, spending time with his grandchildren, and never missed church.
Marvin was survived by his wife, Grace; children, Roseann Stangle (Steve Jameson) of Whitefish, Mont., Karen (Mike) Dolney of Little Falls, Roger (Kathy) of Bluffton, Linda Hines (Kevin Statema) of Little Falls, Laurie (Tony) Johnson of Fort Ripley, and Bradley (Christine Louden) of New Port; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jerome of Forest Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Eleanor; granddaughter, Nikki Bryniarski and brother, Richard.
