Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Kathleen Ann Bedford, 44, Pillager — In connection with a Dec. 22, 2011 incident, Bedford has been charged with one misdemeanor count  of third degree DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test and one misdemeanor count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Camren Joseph Kordich, 21, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 11, 2011 incident, Kordich has been charged with one count of theft – take/use/transfer movable property without consent.

• Shawn Jay Hoheisel, 24, Pierz — In connection with an Aug. 21, 2011 incident, Hoheisel has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.

• Casey James Talberg, 21, Hillman — In connection with a Sept. 29, 2011 incident,  Talberg has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.

• Kathleen Jo Kiley, 49, Upsala — In connection with an Oct. 6, 2011 incident, Kiley has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol;  one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; one misdemeanor count of driver involved failed to stop for accident to property – no injury and one misdemeanor count of not carrying proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

• James Michael Juetten, 35, Hillman — In connection with an Oct. 22, 2011 incident, Juetten has been charged with one count of violating driving restrictions; one misdemeanor count of careless driving and one misdemeanor count of using a wireless communications device – compose, read or send electronic message in motor or traffic.

• Jeffrey Lee Sherman, 36, Randall — In connection with a Nov. 18, 2011 incident, Sherman has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

• Amber Marie Piekarski, 26, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 26, 2011 incident, Piekarski was charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, one count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours and one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation.

• Lisa Marie Athey, 28, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 17, 2011 incident, Athey has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; and one misdemeanor count of driver not carrying proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

• Mark Leo Casey, 45, St. Cloud — In connection with an Oct. 1, 2011 incident, Casey has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol;  and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.

• Lee Richard Zablocki, 25, Motley — In connection with a Dec. 17, 2011 incident, Zablocki has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours and one misdemeanor count of drugs – possession over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
