Lost memories brought sadness

To the Editor:

I agree with the letter last week about the cemetery.

My family and I were also very hurt when we found memories removed from my husband’s stone.

I paid for that stone and feel it is our right to put things on it to cherish his memory and ours of him.

My one grandson cried when I told him the things he put for grandpa were gone. He asked if we could get them back, and I had to tell him no. — MaryLou Nelson, Little Falls
