Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

 

Gross misdemeanors

• Anthony Preston Scheeler, 28, Motley; (offense 10/18/11) driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, fined $585, sentenced to 90 days in jail and probation or two years.

• Wayne Howard Rohde, 48, Burtrum, (offense 8/5/11)  third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 or more within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Rohde was one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

 

Misdemeanors

• Lucas John Grunst, 25, Little Falls; (offense: 11/7/11) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $185 and supervised probation for one year.

• Bryon Lynn Holtslander, 19, Little Falls; (offense: 10/7/2011) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $100 and probation for one year.

• David Eric Helgerson, 48, Plymouth; (offense: 9/11/2011) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Dillon Henry Wuellner, 28, Little Falls; (offense: 12/9/2011) reckless driving – racing on street or highway, fined $385; and supervised probation for one year.

• Kimberlynn Ann Allen, 18, St. Cloud; (offense: 11/5/2011) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560 and sentenced to supervised probation for two years.

• Shane William Austin, 18, Lastrup; (offense: 9/3/2011) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Timothy Lee Forcier, 49, Osakis; (offense: 12/2/2010) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
