Boys Basketball: Flyers cruise past Foley for eighth win in a row

Led by three players with 17 points apiece, the Little Falls boys basketball team kept on rolling Friday, defeating Foley 79-58.

Senior Matt Valentine and juniors Collin Eckman and Josh Wenzel led the way for the Flyers.

Eckman and Wenzel both hit four three-point shots while Valentine did most of his damage in the paint.

Valentine also hauled in 16 rebounds while senior Grant Bell had 13 points and 11 assists to post double-doubles.

Junior Jake Scott hit three three-point shots to accumulate his nine points.

Sophomore Troy Scott (2), seniors Darin Fellbaum (2) and Aaron Hallberg (1) and junior Nathan Masog (1) also scored for the Flyers.

It was the eighth win in a row for Little Falls.

Little Falls plays at Mora, Tuesday.
