Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Michael John Anderson, 46, Little Falls; (offense: 8/29/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Anderson was one count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Jody Louis Gottwalt, 41, Pierz; (offense: 4/16/11) obstructing the legal process – interfering with peace officer, fined $585, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Gottwalt was one count of interfering with a 911 call.

• Adam Daniel McDoug- all, 25, Royalton; (offense: 9/28/11) domestic assault – subsequent violation, fined $585, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against McDougall was one count of interfering with a 911 call.

• David Theodore Szczodroski, 48, Little Falls; (offense: 5/16/11). Dismissed against Szczodroski was one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

Misdemeanors

• Christian Carl Dahn, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 4/28/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $565, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Dahn was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Douglas Alan Dezurik, 56, Little Falls; (offense: 9/22/11) trespassing, fined $235, sentenced to supervised probation for one year.

• Michael Archie Witt- mann, 36, Little Falls; (offense: 8/28/11) domestic assault, fined $385, sentenced to eight days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Wittmann was one gross misdemeanor count of interfering with a 911 call.

• Jennifer Rose Brennan, 47, Pierz; (offense: 8/11/11) driving at speed greater than reasonable, fined $285, sentenced to supervised probation for one year. Brennan was also charged with one count of driver failing to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

• Oja Campbell, 42, St. Cloud; (offense: 10/31/11) no insurance – owner, fined $285. Campbell was also charged with one count of careless driving – crash involved.

• Timothy Lee Forcier, 49, Osakis; (offense: 12/2/10) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Forcier was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Bradley Michael Geyen, 41, Faribault; (offense: 3/1/11) issuing a dishonored check, fined $135, sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• James Peter Zimmerman, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 8/6/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Richard Russel Johnson, 61, Little Falls; (offense: 8/26/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.
