Gymnastics: Little Falls wins tri as LeBlanc sweeps four events

Sophomore Rachelle LeBlanc led the Little Falls gymnastics team to an easy home win Friday, as Little Falls outdistanced Benson and Princeton.

LeBlanc placed first in the all-around with a score of 37.075 by winning all four events, including a career-high score of 9.55 on beam.

Senior Staci Stein posted a score of 8.275 on beam to earn the Flyers’ next highest individual finish, placing second.

Junior Amanda Hanson placed third on bars (7.55) and fourth on vault (8.5) to tie for fourth in the all-around.

Sophomore Taylor Axel earned fourth on floor (8.0) and junior Carly Atkinson placed fifth on vault (8.45) and bars (6.95).

Little Falls hosts Alexandria tonight.
