Shirley Yasgar, a resident of Little Falls, formerly of Casper, Wy., passed away Feb. 14, 2012. Services will be held at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, near Little Falls, Feb. 17, at 10:00 a.m. Fellowship will follow the services with family and close friends.
