Girls Basketball: Princeton edges Little Falls in home finale

Senior Whitney Weisz had 13 points, nine rebounds and five blocks, but visiting Princeton tripped up Little Falls 48-30, Tuesday, in the Flyers’ regular season home finale.

Junior Jamie Jenks added eight points, followed by freshman Kendra Pohlman (4) and seniors Mariah Burns (2), Makayla Jorgensen (2) and Jennifer Hortness (1).

Little Falls will play at St. Cloud Cathedral, Friday, in its regular season finale.

Section 8AAA play begins Tuesday, with high seeds serving as first round hosts. Seeds have yet to be determined.
