Miranda Gosiak, 19

Miranda Ann Gosiak, a resident of rural Little Falls, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, in Little Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls with Father Mark Innocenti officiating and Father Michael Kellogg concelebrating. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Cemetery in Bowlus. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, also at the Shelley Funeral Chapel. Parish Prayers will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.

Miranda Ann Gosiak was born June 10, 1992, in Little Falls, to Edward and the late Barbara (Sobania) Gosiak. She grew up in Little Falls on the Gosiak family farm. Miranda attended Little Falls Community High School. She was the youngest of six children. Miranda enjoyed riding her horse, Spicer and spending time with her cat, Aqua. Miranda loved hunting, spending time with her nieces and nephews, shopping with her sisters and hanging out with family and friends. Left to cherish her memory is her father, Edward Gosiak of Little Falls; sisters, Sheila (Curtis) Venske of Little Falls, Shelly (Christopher)Witucki of Little Falls, Lisa (James) Houdek of Little Falls and Kimberly Gosiak of Avon; brother, Allen Gosiak of Royalton; nieces and nephews, Cameron, Mikayla, Lucas, Hunter, Breanna, Katelyn, Ashlyn and Madison; grandparents, Martha and Ambrose Gosiak of Little Falls and Bernice Sobania of Bowlus; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Miranda was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Gosiak; grandfather, John Sobania; cousin, Samantha Colbert; uncles, Donald and Ambrose Jr. Gosiak; and aunts, Jane Klisch and Diane Czech.
