Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Camren Joseph Kordich, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 9/11/11) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $585, sentenced to 150 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Dawn Marie Davidson, 43, Little Falls; (offense: 2/1/12) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $135.

• Peggy Ann Gerving, 50, Little Falls; (offense: 8/3/11) domestic assault – misdemeanor – commits act with intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, fined $135 and supervised probation for two years.

• Amanda Marie Heinz, 24, Little Falls; (offense: 12/4/11) careless driving, fined $385, sentenced to five days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Mark Aaron Rudolph, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 1/25/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, and supervised probation for two years; (offense: 2/5/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Richard Lawrence Sluis, 61, Little Falls; (offense: 9/1/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $565, sentenced to eight days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Sluis was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Jody Mae Fore, 36, Motley; (offense: 11/17/11) public nuisance – annoy/injure/endanger safety, fined $285.

• Heather Lynn Kloss, 21, Royalton; (offense: 1/21/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• John Joseph Lange, 56, Royalton; (offense: 7/14/11) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $385 and probation to the court for one year.

• Andrew Stephen Lindell, 25, Preston; (offense: 5/31/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535, and sentenced to unsupervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Lindell is one gross misdemeanor count of criminal vehicular operation – operate a vehicle with negligence – under the influence of alcohol.

• Ezekiel David McDermott, 30, Brainerd; (offense: 10/31/11) possession of a small amount of marijuana in motor vehicle, fined $135 and sentenced to 50 days in jail. Dismissed against McDermott was one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree – possess.

• Nathan James Winscher, 18, Pierz; (offense: 5/29/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $385,  sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.
