Mark Kleinschmidt, 48

Mark “Kleiny” A. Kleinschmidt, a resident of St. Cloud, formerly of Little Falls, passed away, Feb. 29, 2012, at his residence of natural causes.

A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 7, at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, with Fr. Nick Landsberger officiating.

Mark “Kleiny” Andrew Kleinschmidt was born April 26, 1963 in Little Falls, the son of Edward and Margaret “Peg” (Norton) Kleinschmidt. He attended school in Little Falls and then at Staples Vo-Tech where he received a heavy equipment degree. He currently owned and operated his own tree service business, Friendly Tree Service. He was also certified in bricklaying, printing and landscaping. Kleiny enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating with his daughter, Sabrina and son, Tyler; snowmobiling, playing hockey in Little Falls, taking his mother to play bingo and spending time with his children outdoors.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Sabrina Lukasavitz of Little Falls; son Tyler Doble of Little Falls; parents, Edward and Margaret “Peg” (Norton) Kleinschmidt of Little Falls; siblings, Brenda (Scott) Nason of Nashville, Tenn., Linda (Thomas) Kliber of Little Falls, Rebecca (Rich) Kleinschmidt of Rice and Ann Marie (Arnold) Taranto of Little Falls; 13 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and nephews.

Kleiny was preceded in death by his grandparents Ed and Bertha Kleinschmidt and Walter and Esther Norton and many aunts and uncles.
