Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed a gross misdemeanor complaint against the following person:

• Ryan Scott Schuett, 42, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 19, 2011, incident, Schuett has been charged with one count of liquor – purchase/sell/barter/furnish/give to a person under 21 of years age.

If found guilty, he faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set his appearance dates.
