The Boys and Girls Club (BGC) of Morrison County is planning its biggest fundraiser of the year — the third annual “Strut Your Stuff” event. The event will be held Friday, March 23, at the Falls Ballroom in Little Falls and will showcase eight local restaurants serving specialties from their establishments. The specialties will come from the kitchens of the Falls Ballroom, A.T. Black and White, Perkins Family Restaurant, McDonald’s, Subway/Lora B’s Plaza, Coborn’s Deli, Jordie’s Trail Side Cafe and Pizza Ranch. In addition, wine tasting courtesy of West Side Discount Liquor and fresh-roasted coffee from Reality Roasters will be served, offering a “Taste of Morrison County.”
Event participants can take part in both a silent and a live auction during the evening.
Entertainment will be provided by the “Roosters” from 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
All of the proceeds from the event will go to the Boys and Girls Club, which currently serves more than 400 youths. “It is a great way to support our youth and enjoy an evening with family and friends,” said Janelle Hansen, director of the Club.
Tickets are available in advance at US Bank, Pine Country Bank or Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union. They will also be available at the door the evening of the event.
