Community Services offers Running 101 and 201
Running 101 will take persons through the beginning steps of fitness by walking and jogging.
By the end of the program they will be able to complete a 5K run.
This is for beginner and intermediate runners. Participants should be able to walk 20 minutes comfortably before the class begins.
Class dates run from April 3 through June 19, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Running 201 will begin with jogging, progressing to longer distances and attendees will be introduced to speed work.
They will be able to complete a 10K at the end of the program.

Register online or by mail (include your e-mail address and T-shirt size) or in person at the office at 14800 Riverwood Drive, Little Falls.
The fee for each class will include 12 weeks of training, running schedules, T-shirt and a copy of the Runner’s Guide.
