Nancy J. Fregin, 77

Nancy J. Fregin, a resident of Randall, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012, at her home in Randall.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 21, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cushing with Bob Mueller officiating. Burial was at the Randall City Cemetery in Randall.

Nancy was born Aug. 19, 1934, in Randall, to the late George and Elsie (Anderson) Mueller. She attended elementary school in Randall and high school in Little Falls, graduating in 1952. Nancy worked at Northwestern National Bank in Minneapolis. She was united in marriage to Clyde Fregin, May 14, 1955, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Randall. She then became a day care provider and stay-at-home mom. Nancy was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Randall and the Randall VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards and working crossword puzzles. Nancy was an avid reader and loved watching her husband, children and grandchildren play sports.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Kathy Bentler (Mike) of Baxter; sons, Douglas Fregin of Trempealeau, Wis., Roger Fregin (Kris) of Little Falls and Steven Fregin (Mary) of Superior, Wis.; sister, Beverly Lindborg of Brainerd; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Mueller of Randall, Marge Mueller of Little Falls, and Audrey Paton (John) of Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Stefani Feiler (Dustin Bowers), Brett Bentler, Kyle Fregin, Katie Fregin, Michael Fregin, Rachal Fregin and Laura Fregin; great-grandchildren, Jordyn Feiler, Jadyn Feiler, Lukas Bowers, Justice Bowers, Devyn Bowers and Gavyn Bowers.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elsie Mueller; husband, Clyde Fregin; sisters, Lucille Falconio, Jan Haus; brothers, Robert (Murph) Mueller, Donald Mueller, Richard Mueller and infant brother, Charles Mueller.

Honorary pallbearers were all of Nancy’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as friends, Joyce Wise, Dan Fenske, Steve Olson, Howard Kazeck, Rusty Gwost, Neil Miller, Dale Jones and Betty Bigalke. Active pallbearers were Bill Lindborg, Alan Peterson, Mike Drew, Darrell Gohl, Douglas Wiherski, Rick Lundgren, Scott Haus and Larry Falconio.
