Tryggestad interviewing in Eden Prairie today
School board expects to make its final decision at meeting Friday

The top five Eden Prairie superintendent candidates have been narrowed to three finalists, who will go through extensive interviewing and meet with the public before the Eden Prairie School Board makes its final selection, expected next Friday.
Little Falls Superintendent Curt Tryggestad is among the top three and will be interviewed again today, March 21.
The School Board made its selection Wednesday evening, following a long day of interviewing all five candidates.
The other two finalists are Dr. Gerald Hill – superintendent, Glenview School District 34, Glenview, Ill.; and Dr. Michael Meissen –superintendent, Glenbard Township HS District 87, Lombard, Ill.
The final interviews started March 20 and will end March 22 — each finalist will take an entire day to visit the district and go through interviews.
Second interviews with the school board will take place at 7 p.m. each night.
The school board expects to make the final decision during a meeting 9 a.m. Friday, March 23.
