Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Patrick Henry Krebs, 29,  Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 17, 2011 incident, Krebs has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. Krebs was also charged with one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation.

• Jason Andrew Borash, 22, Rice — In connection with a Dec. 24, 2011 incident, Borash has been charged with one count of furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. Borash was also charged with one misdemeanor count of fourth degree  DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, one misdemeanor count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours and one misdemeanor count of open bottle.

• Shawn Michael Dukowitz, 38, Motley — In connection with a Feb. 1 incident, Dukowitz has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

• Jonathan Lee Freer, 44, Royalton — In connection with a March 24 incident, Freer has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
