Ray Stumpf, the industrial technology teacher at the Little Falls Community Middle School has been named the Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce April Employee of the Month.
Stumpf has taught at the Middle School for 13 years.
Nate Swenson, principal of the Middle School said, “I am extremely pleased that Ray was selected at the Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Month. Ray is a superb employee and I am proud to have him represent our school, district and community. Throughout his career, Ray has always put his students first which is evident in the wonderful relationship he has established with them. He is a shining example of what it means to be a teacher and is deserving of this recognition.”
Stumpf said, “What a pleasant surprise and honor to be selected as an Employee of the Month.”
He and his wife Barb have two children, Naomi and Noelle (Joy).
In his spare time, Stumpf enjoys swimming, traveling, sightseeing, working with youth in his church and the community. He is a member of the Loan Eagle Auto Club and First Lutheran Church.
For being selected as the Employee of the Month, Stumpf will receive gift certificates from Broadway Stylists, Perkins and Pizza Ranch, a cookbook from St. Gabriel’s Hospital Hospice Program, flowers from The Flower Dell and a photo by Silker Studio.
