Sentenced in Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors
• George John Casazza, 59, Upsala; (offense: 2/28/12) second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 90 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Casazza was one gross misdemeanor count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Amber Marie Piekarski, 26, Little Falls; (offense: 11/26/11) second degree operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $415, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Piekarski was one gross misdemeanor count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Misdemeanors
• Waylon Douglas Beto, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 10/16/11) pharmacy – unlawful possession/sell/give away/barter/exchange/distribute, fined $385, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Brock Alexander Fanjoy, 19, Little Falls; (offense: 11/26/11) falsely reporting a crime, fined $185, sentenced to unsupervised probation for one year.

• Tyler Michael Wieczorek, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 3/9/12) liquor consumption by a person under 21, fined $235, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Kathleen Ann Bedford, 45, Pillager; (offense: 11/13/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fined $560, sentenced to 90 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Bedford was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – refusing to submit to a chemical test.

• Michael Charles Johnson, Jr., 28, Little Falls; (offense: 3/30/12) possessing over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle, fined $135, sentenced to 45 days in jail.
