Sentenced in Morrison County District Court
The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:
Gross misdemeanors
• Jeannette Marieann Kowalczyk, 37, Little Falls; (offense: 9/11/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Kowalczyk was a gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Bobbi Jo Nelson, 31, Royalton; (offense: 12/12/11) uninsured vehicle, fined $385, sentenced to 21 days in jail and one year probation.
• Keith Ray Kern, 19, Swanville; (offense: 9/30/11) contributing to delinquency of a child or status as petty offense, fined $585, sentenced to 21 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
• Kathleen Jo Kiley, 50, Upsala; (offense; 10/6/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $2,056.55, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Kiley was a gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• John Arthur Ulrick, 56, Hillman; (offense: 6/12/11) dismissed against Ulrick was one gross misdemeanor count of emergency telephone calls/communicInterfere with 911 call.
Misdemeanors
• Tammy Lynn Johnson, 51, Little Falls; (offense: 3/8/12) traffic accidents – driver involved fails to stop for accident to property – no injury, fined: $385.
• Dustin Duwayne Olson, 18, Sauk Rapids; (offense: 1/24/12) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined: $185.
• Lisa Robin Platz, 46, Rice; (offense: 10/12/11) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined: $135 and one year probation. Dismissed against Platz was one felony count of drugs – 5th degree, possess schedule 1,2,3,4 – not small amount marijuana.
• Wallis Edward Danberry, III, 47, Wells; (offense: 7/5/11) harassment; violation of restraining order – penalties, sentence concurrent with other case; (offense: 4/4/12) harassment – violating restraining order, probable cause, fined $385, sentenced to one day in jail.
