The Upsala School staff has chosen Tyler Wensmann as Upsala School’s March Junior High Student of the Month. He is the seventh grade son of Scott and Jennifer Wensmann.
Wensmann is an active member of his school and community. Entering junior high, he plays football and also enjoys learning in science class. “It is fun learning about the earth and also working in the lab,” said Wensmann. He is on the B honor roll for fall quarter.
Outside of school, Wensmann is involved with his church and with youth group. He is a big fan of the outdoors and spends his days off going camping with family, hunting in the fall and also spending time with his friends outdoors.
“Tyler has proved himself a hard worker in the classroom this year through his attitude of getting work done and how he tries to learn, understand and improve,” said computer tech teacher Curtis Robertson.
