Urban Otremba honored by LF School Board

Little Falls resident Urban Otremba, left, was honored by the Little Falls School Board Tuesday for the work he does with the Grade One at the Library (GOAL) project at the Little Falls Carnegie Library. National Library week is April 16 – 21 and during the week, first grade students from the Little Falls School District and Mary of Lourdes Elementary will visit the library. The students will be given library applications. Addressing the Board, Otremba said, “We hope to receive more than a 50 percent return from the students. I would like to thank you, as in the past, for your time and consideration and help from the district.” This is the 11th year the GOAL program has been in place.
