Dr. Allison Zak, chiropractor, has opened her own office at 72 East Broadway. As of April 2, after several weeks of renovations in the office next to the former Perry Law offices, she opened for business.

Dr. Allison Zak has moved into her new office on East Broadway Avenue. Pictured in the new reception area are Heather Winters, left, Zak’s receptionist, and Zak.

“My hours are the same,” Zak said. “I am taking appointments beginning at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. I am open until 6 p.m. most days, and until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays.”

Zak still offers a family friendly environment with even more space in her treatment room for parents who cannot leave their children in the reception area.

“My philosophy has not changed,” she said. “I will not make people return for unnecessary visits. I  believe in treating people well and they will return the favor.”

Zak promotes a healthy lifestyle. She said that exercise and good eating habits helps one’s quality of life. She also believes that each patient is different and needs to be treated accordingly.

“I have embraced newer chiropractic practices that use wellness care and less force when doing manipulations,” she said.

A graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Zak has returned to her hometown of Little Falls to open her practice. She has embraced the community by joining Mississippi Connections, Little Falls Rotary, Lindy Greeters and the Live Better Live Longer Coalition.
