Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Jayne Irene Civilla, 30, Little Falls — In connection with an April 8 incident, Civilla has been charged with one count of criminal vehicular operation – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 or more; one count of criminal vehicular operation – operating vehicle with negligence under the influence of alcohol; one count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.

• Kurtis Lee Stone, 26, Little Falls; In connection with a March 3 incident, Stone has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle  under the influence of alcohol and one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. • Patrick Donald Wiebe, 30, Little Falls — In connection with an April 14 incident, Wiebe has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; one count of  second degree DWI operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more within two hours; one count of driving after revocation and one count of having uninsured vehicle.

• Ryan Gregory Spiczka, 23, Rice — In connection with an April 11 incident, Spiczka has been charged with one count of not carrying proof of insurance when operating a vehicle and one count of driving after revocation.

• Matthew Scott Olsen, 39, Moundsview — In connection with an April 12 incident, Olsen has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
