Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Misdemeanors

• Jamie Allen Ganz, 22, Rice; (offense: 12/10/11) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $135, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Michael Joseph Sobiech, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 3/2/12) liquor consumption by a person under 21, fined: $285, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Mason Frederick Larson, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 12/25/11) trespass – occupy/enter dwelling/locked/posted building, fined $185, sentenced to 10 days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Zachary Donn Miller, 20, Little Falls; (offense: 2/14/12) obstructing legal process – interfering with peace officer,  fined $85 and sentenced to two days jail.

• David Michael Thompson, 28, Little Falls; (offense: 3/27/12) fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, fined $385, sentenced to three days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Nathan Freeman Keehr, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 3/2/12) liquor consumption by a person under 21, fined $185 and probation to the court for one year.

• Briana Joanne Kurowski, 18, Staples; (offense: 3/2/12) liquor consumption by a person under 21, fined $185, probation for the court for one year.

• Heidi Marie Pohlkamp, 34, Royalton; (offense: 3/16/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, and will have supervised probation for two years.

• Lance Richard Mester, 20, Forest Lake; (offense: 11/16/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $565, sentenced to 37 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
