Morrison County Area Foundation awards grants and will host first awards reception
The Morrison County Area Foundation (MCAF) Board of Directors will award grants to six applicants. Grant checks will be distributed to the award recipients at a reception to be held Wednesday, May 2, at the Little Falls Country Club. Grant recipients and their members, board and supporters are invited to this reception.
The following awards will be given: Hands of Hope in the amount of $500 for an awareness project; Horizon Health Inc. in the amount of $1000 for the RSVP Summer Reads project; Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in the amount of $1,000 for the Veterans Educational Historic Project; Morrison County Hoofbeats in the amount of $1000 for gates and panels to be used at the Morrison County Fairgrounds; Oasis/Share A Meal Inc. in the amount of $500 for the development of a resource directory; and the city of Royalton in the amount of $1,000 for the Royalton Splash Pad Project.

The Morrison County Area Foundation is a component fund of the Initiative Foundation and serves as a philanthropic vehicle for accumulating and distributing financial resources to benefit all of Morrison County.
