Randy H. Winscher has announced he will run for the Morrison County Commissioner seat to represent District 3.
Winscher was raised on a dairy farm outside of Buckman. He and his wife Nancy have been married for 32 years, live on a small farm near Royalton, and have three grown children.
Winscher graduated from Royalton High School and was active in 4-H as a youth. His children also graduated from Royalton High School and were engaged in 4-H as well.
Using his experience as a currently-elected Bellevue Township supervisor, Winscher said his goal is to transition that leadership ability, work ethic and business management skills into the role of county commissioner.
During his spare time, Winscher enjoys horticulture, raising livestock and motorcycling with friends and family.
