Baseball: Fenske, Thoma shut down Becker to keep top-ranked Little Falls unbeaten

Junior Spencer Fenske and senior Luke Thoma teamed up to shut down the Becker offense, Tuesday, leading Little Falls to a 4-1 home win.

Fenske allowed just one run on four hits while fanning seven over five innings to notch the win, then Thoma worked two scoreless innings to finish off the Bulldogs for the save.

Senior Joey Hanowski collected three of Little Falls’ seven hits while scoring and driving in a run.

Senior Mitch Gregory doubled and scored twice and junior Collin Eckman singled and collected two RBIs.

Little Falls hosts Zimmerman, Thursday.
