Baseball: Silbernick pitches Royalton over Ogilvie

Royalton junior Matt Silbernick tossed a three-hitter to lead the Royals to a 5-3 win at Ogilvie, Tuesday.

Silbernick also struck out seven batters while issuing only one walk to earn the win.

Senior Tyler Sieben went 1-for-3 with a double and a run to lead the Royals at the plate.

Junior Lucas Snyder, freshman Jordan Smieja and Silbernick also collected hits and senior Brandon Lattimer contributed an RBI and a run.

Royalton plays at St. John’s Prep, Thursday.
