Girls Track and Field: LeBlanc captures pole vault title to lead Little Falls to fourth at GRC meet

Little Falls posted six top-three finishes to take fourth at Tuesday’s Granite Ridge Conference (GRC) Championship.

Sophomore Rachelle LeBlanc cleared 10-feet, 6-inches to take first place in the pole vault, while junior Amber Hines took second in the discus (119-feet, 7-inches) and third in the shot put (35-feet).

Also taking third were junior Mattia Hendrickson in the 3,200 (12:09.14), sophomore Maria Hauer in the 1,600 (5:31.44) and the 4×800 relay team of Hendrickson, senior Ingrid Floersheim and sophomores Vanessa Meschke and Laura Moe (10:26.48).

The Flyers compete at Princeton, Tuesday.
