The Little Falls School Board is in the process of selecting a new superintendent for the district. In doing, so the Board would like community input during the selection process.
Community members are invited to attend open sessions Tuesday – Thursday, May 29, 30 and 31, with each of the superintendent finalists. Three finalists will be chosen during the course of this week.
The community session will be held at Lindbergh Elementary School in Little Falls, from 5:15 p.m. – 6 p.m. Each of the finalists will be interviewed individually on one of the three days. Community members will be able to ask questions of their own choosing and will be able to fill out an anonymous feedback form with their opinion of how the candidates meet the criteria of skills and characteristics posted on the district’s Web site. Those in attendance will also be given a copy of the criteria.
The School Board will review community input before conducting final interviews with each candidate and before making a decision. Final interviews for the candidates are set at 7:30 p.m. each of the three evenings. Community members are invited to be present during the final interviews if they choose.
