Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Norman Duininck, 71, Prinsburg — In connection with a April 14 incident, Duininck with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.

• Paul Raymond Borash, 35, Bowlus — In connection with a May 17 incident, Borash has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
