Tucker charged with fourth degree sale of drugs

Stefan Scott Tucker, 38, Little Falls, was charged with one felony count of fourth degree sale of drugs by Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff.

On Aug. 18, 2011, members of the Central Minnesota Drug and Gang Task Force conducted a controlled purchase with a confidential informant. The informant agreed to meet with Tucker at a predetermined location in Little Falls to purchase Adderall pills.

The informant was provided buy money and was dropped off at a location where he/she was observed meeting with a person believed to be Tucker. The transaction took place and the informant later met up with the investigators, telling them eight Adderall pills had been purchased from Tucker.

Adderall is a schedule II controlled substance and cannot be possessed without a valid prescription.

If convicted, Tucker faces a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and/or a $100,000 fine.
