Kuehne faces felony non-support charges for three children

Charles Leon Kuehne, 44, Pierz, has been charged with three felony counts of non-support of a spouse or child in an amount greater than nine times the person’s total monthly payment and two felony counts of non-support of a spouse or child in excess of 180 days.

According to the three complaints filed in Morrison County District Court, Kuehne has failed to consistently pay court-ordered child support since 1993.

The first complaint alleges  that as of March 1. Kuehne owes $68,347.41 in arrears.

The second complaint alleges that Kuehne is in arrears, as of March 1, a total of $13,646.07.

The third complaint alleges he is in arrears amounting to $3,991.64.

The complaints filed show the support was ordered on three separate children
