The following persons, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Jeffery Ronald Baum, 44, Swanville; (offense: 3/27/12) driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, fined $385, sentenced to 15 days in jail and probation to the court for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Jayne Irene Civilla, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 4/8/12) fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560  sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Mark Aaron Rudolph, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 1/19/12) pharmacy – legend drugs – unlawful possess/sell/give away/barter/exchange/distribute, fined $385, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Sharri Kay Franzen, 30, Brainerd; (offense: 3/21/12) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $185, sentenced to six days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Shawn Jay Hoheisel, 24, Pierz; (offense: 8/21/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535 sentenced to one day in jail.

• Gregory James Holm-quist, 29, Clarissa; (offense: 4/15/12) trespassing – premises of another – refuse to depart, fined $385, sentenced to 20 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Joel Eugene Newman, 50, Little Falls; (offense: 4/28/12)    DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560 and supervised probation for two years.
