Larson faces up to 30 years in prison for selling meth

Cristina Jean Larson, 32, Flensburg, was charged in the Morrison County District Court with one felony count of fourth degree sale of drugs.

In May, an investigator of the Central Minnesota Violent Offender’s Task Force met with a confidential informant who said a quantity of methamphetamine could be purchased from Larson.

According to the criminal complaint, the informant was observed by officers going into Larson’s residence in Little Falls, staying a short time, then driving to a pre-determined location. The informant then allegedly handed the investigator a small ziplock baggie containing a white crystal substance which later field-tested positive as methamphetamine.

If convicted, Larson faces a maximum penalty of one – 30 years in prison and/or a $100,000 fine.
