Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Russell Dale Patraw, 56, Little Falls — In connection with a May 5 incident, Patraw has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.
• Ronald Kenneth Toivanen, 37, Shakopee — In connection with a Dec. 7, 2011, incident, Toivanen has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of any amount schedule I/II drugs – not marijuana.
• Trudy Kay Graves, Royalton, 55, Royalton — In connection with an April 28 incident, Graves has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.
• James Lloyd Klug, 43, Minneota — one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.
• Justin Mark Gross, 24, Hillman — In connection with a May 5 incident, Gross has been charged with one county of criminal sexual conduct – fifth degree – non-censensual sexual contact.
• Allen Lyn Madsen, 43, Glenwood — In connection with an April 14 incident, Madsen has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation and one count of rear lamps – failing to illuminate license plates.
If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
