Gross misdemeanors
• Levi Milo Hillyer, 23, Pierz; (offense: 1/11/2012) third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $885, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years and one misdemeanor count of open bottle law, possession, crime described, fined $50. Dismissed against Hillyer was one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Joshua Allen Martin, 26, Fargo, N.D.; (offense: 6/23/2012) second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 90 days in jail and supervised probation for six years Dismissed against Martin was one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Misdemeanors
• Amy Lynn Coffman, 31, Little Falls; (offense: 4/14/2012) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $235 and probation to the court for one year.
• Joy Christine Reiser, 37, Little Falls; (offense: 5/28/2012) driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, fined $135, sentenced to one day in jail and probation to the court for one year.
• David Harold Videen, 63, Little Falls; (offense: 3/5/2012) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $185 and supervised probation for one year.
• Robert John Gosiak, 45, Little Falls; (offense: 4/14/2012) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $385, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
• Raymond Phillip Leibold, 28, Randall; (offense: 3/3/2012) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.
