Changes expected with Little Falls Schools’ handbooks
The Little Falls School Board has reviewed several changes to the schools’ handbooks for 2012-13 school year. Changes to the high school handbook include, but are not limited to:
• Definitions of cheating, collusion and plagiarism;
• Prohibiting face paint, masks or clothing that prevent identification of the student; and
• Changing the full-priced school lunch to $2.65;
Changes to the middle school handbook include iPad procedures.
At Lindbergh Elementary, changes to the handbook include, but are not limited to:
• Changing the full-priced school lunch to $2.40;
• Information on the donation of unclaimed clothing from the lost and found twice a year; and
• Adding pets and animals under prohibited articles.
At Lincoln Elementary, changes to the handbook include, but are not limited to information concerning family vacations, new lunch prices ($2.40), health services and the Parent Teacher Association.
At Dr. S. G. Knight Elementary, changes include, but are not limited to, family vacations, nursing services and new lunch prices ($2.40).
Members will vote on accepting the books at a future meeting.
