A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 31, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls, with Fr. Joe Herzing officiating. Reviewal will be one hour before the service at the church. Interment will be in Browerville at a later date.
Dionysia was born May 22, 1934, in Browerville, Todd County, the daughter of Tony and Sophie Kubitza of Staples. She grew up on the family farm in Moran Township. She attended country school and graduated from Staples High School. She was united in marriage to Eugene Sanoski June 15, 1954, at Sacred Heart Church in Staples. After their marriage, they moved to Little Falls where the couple raised their family of four children. Dionysia then worked at multiple places, including Munsingwear, ServiceMaster, Pine Grove Manor and caretaker at Gorden Rosenmeier. Dionysia had many hobbies, including collecting angels, enjoying her many grandchildren, flower gardens, playing cards, cooking, entertaining and helping others. Dionysia was a life-long member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish of Little Falls. Her family will always remember her for her golden heart, loving kindness, love of life and her courageousness at her passing to her new journey with God.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Eugene Sanoski; sons, Paul and wife Lisa, Dennis and wife Nancy, Robert and wife Linda and daughter Barbara and husband Robert Waldock, all of Little Falls; 11 grandchildren, Eric (Janelle) and Steven Sanoski, Jeremy Sanoski and Amanda (Eric) Leisenheimer, Brian (Melissa), Nathan (Alicia), Brianna and Aaron Sanoski and Ashley, Wyatt and Jacob Waldock; and sister, Lillian Miller of Silver Bay.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Josephine Kubitza.
