Sentenced in Morrison County District Court

The following persons, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, has recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Elizabeth Mary Wiese, 41, Little Falls; (offense: 7/14/2012)  DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 18 days in jail and supervised probation for four years.  Dismissed against Wiese was one count of  DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Todd Matthew Theisen, 41, Pine River; (offense: 7/28/12) driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, fined $385, sentenced to four days in jail and probation to the court for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Danielle Jean Rinnels, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 5/12/2012) ordinance – animal – disturb the peace – barking/howling/whining or other noise, fined $135.

• Michael Joseph Sobieck, 19, Little Falls; (offense: 7/5/12) liquor – consumption by persons under 21, fined: $185, sentenced to 21 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• William Edward Thoms, 71, Little Falls; (offense: 6/27/12) trespass – return to property within one year, fined: $90.

• Michael Sutton Connors, 25, Pierz; (offense: 5/5/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Tiffany Rae Dvorak, 19, Garrison; (offense: 2/24/12) liquor – consumption by person under 21, fined: $135, sentenced to two days in jail.
