Sentenced in Morrison County District Court

The following persons, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Patrick Donald Wiebe, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 4/14/2012)  DWI – operating a motor vehicle  under the influence of alcohol, fined $985, sentenced to 90 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Wiebe was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours.

• Jack Charles Havrilak, 48, Randall; (offense: 7/14/2012) DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fined: $315, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Havrilak was one count of refusing to submit to chemical test.

Misdemeanors

• Matthew Allen Kostek, 32, Little Falls; (offense: 5/14/2012) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $147.50, sentenced to two days in jail.

• Mary Ellen Ronzheimer, 64, Little Falls; (offense: 7/12/2012) permit animal to run, fined $185 and probation to the court for one year.

• James Robert Wright, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 7/26/2012) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $185, sentenced to two days jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Chane Lucas Johnson, 23, Onamia; (offense: April 6, 2012) driving after suspension, fined $285.

• Amber Jessica Welsand, 22, Royalton; (offense: 7/3/2012) traffic regulation – driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, fined: $385, sentenced to three days in jail and probation to court for one year and driving after revocation, conditions concurrent with first count.

• Dustin Cole Woodbeck-Olson, 21, Oakdale; (offense: 8/14/2011) disorderly conduct, fined: $385, probation to the court for one year.

• Tristen Allen Kircher, 26, Swanville; (offense: 1/27/2012) disorderly conduct, fined: $135, sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Tyrus Olaf Klemish, 37, Swanville; (offense: 4/20/2012) domestic assault – subsequent violation, fined: $585, sentenced to 21 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
