Girls Tennis: Schultz, Geisenhof win twice for LPGE/USA at Park Rapids quad

Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Upsala-Swanville Area (LPGE/USA) ran into a trio of tough teams at Tuesday’s Park Rapids Area quad, falling 5-2 to Pequot Lakes and Crookston and 6-1 to Park Rapids Area.

Seniors Abbey Schultz and Laura Geisenhof won twice at No. 1 doubles, rallying for a 2-6, 6-4, 10-5 victory against Pequot Lakes and topping their opponents from Crookston 6-3, 6-1.

The Thunder play at Parkers Prairie, Thursday.
