Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Timothy Earl Schuldt, 37, Pierz — In connection with an Aug. 25 incident, Schuldt has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor under the influence of alcohol and one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours and one count of having an uninsured vehicle.

• Amy Beth Reinhart, 43, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 17 incident,

Reinhart has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor under the influence of alcohol and one count of second degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
