Kayla Ripplinger – Brent Barthel

Myron and Kristy Ripplinger of Bowlus, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla, to Brent Barthel, son of Michael and Shelley Barthel of Swanville.

Kayla is a 2009 graduate of Upsala High School and a 2012 graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead.

Brent is a 2009 graduate of Swanville High School and a 2011 graduate of Central Lakes College, Staples. He is employed at Ellingson Companies.

A Sept. 29, 2012, wedding is being planned.
