Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following person:

• Dennis Robert Vnuk, 45, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 1 incident, Vnuk has been charged with one count of domestic assault – GM – subsequent violation. If found guilty, he could be  charged and face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set his appearance dates.
