Girls Swimming and Diving: Auger wins three events for Holdingford versus Montevideo

Junior Megan Auger was a triple-event winner for Holdingford as the Huskers dropped a close match-up 95.5-88.5 at Montevideo, Thursday.
Auger touched the wall first in the 200-yard IM in 2:36.71, led off the first-place 200 freestyle relay finished by senior Brianna DeZurik, sophomore Gabby Langerud and freshman Meghan Mokhtary (1:55.18) and anchored the winning 400 freestyle relay led off by Langerud, DeZurik and freshman Madeline Christensen (4:13.24).
The Huskers trio of senior Alicia Thell (6:32.48), eighth grader Arianna Vasilj (6:57.0) and junior Jodi Middendorf (7:00.97) swept the top three places in the 500 freestyle and freshman Haley Auger won the 100 breaststroke (1:21.83).
