Girls Tennis: LPGE/USA pummels West Central Area

The Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Upsala-Swanville Area (LPGE/USA) girls tennis team didn’t drop a set in a 7-0 demolition at West Central Area, Tuesday.

Seniors Abbey Schultz and Laura Geisenhof sailed to a 6-1, 6-1 triumph at No. 1 doubles, with junior Tori Roe and freshman McKenzie Barth prevailing 6-1, 7-6 (5) at No. 3 doubles.

The win puts the Thunder in second place at the end of the regular season Prairie Conference schedule.
