In the Seventh Judicial District Court of Morrison County, Valynicia Lynn Manheimer, 27, Kimball, had one count of fifth degree possession of drugs dismissed Sept. 7.
On May 3, Morrison County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in Morrison County. Living there were Manheimer and another person. During the search, deputies found 2.7 grams of methamphetamine in a car and 1.2 grams of methamphetamine in a wallet.
Morrison County Assistant Attorney Todd Kosovich said the charge was dismissed because Manheimer pleaded guilty to obstructing legal process and a codefendant confessed the drugs were his.
